Suits owners who have licensed a short-term rental before and have a property already up to code. You want the filings handled and tracked; you're comfortable with inspection day yourself. MRMVR becomes your official agent and takes every filing off your desk. Filing as your agent means you sign once at the start. We hold the portal access, submit each application, monitor its status, and handle any correspondence the city sends back.

Suits owners who are new to the property, or who have a pool, and want a clear, itemized list of what to prepare before the city arrives. We review your property against the requirements your city enforces and give you a specific, itemized preparation list - what's needed, where it goes, and what standard it has to meet. Most owners work through the list in a weekend. It's the difference between preparing for an inspection and guessing at one.

Suits owners who are out of state, have full weekday schedules, or simply want the inspection handled from booking to sign-off without their involvement. This is the package for owners who want licensing to require nothing from them beyond a signature. It's also why out-of-state owners choose us; it removes the only part of the process that would otherwise require you to be physically in Florida.
