MRMVR takes a property from its current state to a genuinely guest-ready condition. We install and test the safety and security hardware, connect the utilities, stock the supplies, and deliver professional photography for your listing. Where the home is empty, we add an interior design plan and furnish it from scratch.
Every piece of hardware, furniture, and supply we buy for you is billed at exactly what we paid. No markup, no procurement fee, and you see the invoices.
What We Offer
Book any service individually, or bundle two or more for a reduced total. Nothing is charged for onboarding or consultation – you only pay for the work.
Two packages, priced by where your property is starting from. $1,750 if it’s already furnished and needs to be made guest-ready, and $4,750 if it’s empty and needs furnishing from scratch.
Base pricing covers properties up to two bedrooms, with each additional bedroom at +$450 furnished or +$950 unfurnished. Hardware, furnishings, and supplies are billed at cost – exactly what we paid, with no markup.
