Two packages, priced by where your property is starting from. $1,750 if it’s already furnished and needs to be made guest-ready, and $4,750 if it’s empty and needs furnishing from scratch.
Transparent Property Pricing
Base pricing covers properties up to two bedrooms, with each additional bedroom at +$450 furnished or +$950 unfurnished. Hardware, furnishings, and supplies are billed at cost - exactly what we paid, with no markup.
