What We Need From You: Property access for the install visit. Confirmation of the existing internet provider and current router location. For Guesty integration, your active Guesty account credentials or confirmation that MRMVR manages the Guesty account on your behalf.

Installation and full Guesty integration with auto-rotating guest codes that expire at checkout. Every guest receives a unique code. No key handoffs, no lockbox, no access that carries over between stays. Lost codes cannot be reused and do not require rekeying
Smart TV
Set up with streaming accounts and a clean home screen. Guest accounts are cleared between stays. Credentials are logged securely.
Noise Monitor
Installation and alert configuration calibrated to the property and its surroundings. The device monitors decibel levels without recording audio and sends an alert to MRMVR when thresholds are exceeded.
Full Package
All four devices installed in a single visit, tested end to end, and connected to MRMVR's management systems before we leave.
Smart Thermostat
Installation and dual-mode programming. Guest mode maintains the set comfort level during the stay. Between-stay mode reduces energy consumption while ensuring the property is at the right temperature when the next guest arrives.
