Wed Feb 11-Sun -Feb 15. 4 nights Do not let reviews of the hotel stop you from renting from the Miami homeowners Association. First of all, those reviews are a little bit exaggerated. I am a seasoned traveler and was traveling with my 25-year-old daughter. The unit itself was immaculate. Nice floors, beds were comfortable, bathroom spacious, with a great balcony overlooking Collins Avenue. The staff at the hotel and the Miami homeowners Association could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Especially Julia from the Miami homeowners Association office, and Whitney from the hotel management staff. The pool area is very nice and spacious, and the pool itself was clear, clean, heated, and a wonderful end of the day for us. There is an outdoor snack bar and bar that should have anything you desire The beach is steps away from the hotel and a great way to relax and spend the day. The water was clear and spectacular. We were able to walk about a half mile and there are plenty of small little cafés, and a Publix with a Starbucks.
