Our Story

Miami Residences Management & Vacation Rentals (MRMVR) was founded with a clear vision: to provide property owners with a seamless, profitable, and stress-free vacation rental experience—fully tailored to their unique needs.

Our journey began when founders Xavier Doe and Kevin Ducros identified a gap in the market. Many property owners struggled to maximize rental income while maintaining the high standards necessary to attract and retain guests. Some found managing bookings, guest interactions, and property upkeep overwhelming, while others lost revenue due to one-size-fits-all pricing and inefficient listing strategies.

With extensive backgrounds in real estate, asset management, and business operations, Xavier and Kevin set out to change the vacation rental landscape.
