The space
Studio (310 sqft) with full bathroom that can accommodate up to 2 guests only, located on the 5th floor (top floor, with elevator). The beach is a short walk away, just over a small bridge and down the block. Really quiet building that features a fitness center, pool, sun deck, secured lobby and 24h surveillance. Small kitchen with fridge, microwave, small burners, coffee maker, toaster and more, … High-speed internet WiFi, Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Spotify Apps, etc) with basic cable TV, iron with iron board, hair dryer available for guests.
1 Queen size bed with full size sofa bed. All linens, towels, plates, silverware, glassware are provided to the guests. Laundry room in the building with washer and dryer.

Other things to note
No parking available. Street parking is restricted with residential permit. Parking is difficult in the area. We would suggest not to rent a car and use Uber, Lyft or public transportation to get around the city.
